We are looking for an experienced B2B Lead Generator who can identify and connect us with decision-makers in businesses that need operational improvement through software.
Your Role
• Identify qualified target companies
• Reach out via LinkedIn, email, or other B2B channels
• Engage decision-makers (Owners, Directors, Operations Managers)
• Pre-qualify prospects
• Book qualified meetings for our founder
You are not required to handle development, technical discussions, or delivery. We handle all discovery, proposals, and closing.
Ideal Candidate
• Proven B2B lead generation experience
• Experience targeting SMEs or enterprise decision-makers
• Comfortable working on commission
• Strong communication skills
• Understands how to qualify serious prospects
Experience in SaaS, software, automation, or digital services is a strong plus.
Compensation
This is a commission-based partnership.
• 20%–30% commission per successfully closed deal
• Average project value: £25,000–£50,000
• Potential commission per deal: £5,000–£15,000
• Paid proportionally as client payments are received (30% upfront, remaining milestone-based)
No cap on earnings.
