Native Language Voice Bot Evaluators (Freelance / IC) We are urgently looking for Native Language Evaluators to participate in a Voice Bot Evaluation Project. If you are a native speaker of one of the below languages and comfortable making short phone calls, this opportunity is for you. 🌍 Languages Required[50 Individual Contractors for each Language. Slovak Swiss German Latvian Ukrainian Welsh Polish Greek 🎧 Task Overview You will: ✔ Call a multilingual voice bot (US PSTN number) ✔ Engage in 2 short conversations (2–2.5 minutes each) ✔ Evaluate the bot’s performance ✔ Provide ratings + brief qualitative feedback Scenarios: 🏥 Hospital appointment booking (Evergreen scenario) ✈ Airline-related task (Booking / PNR / Cancellation – Acme scenario) ⏱ Total time per full task: approx. 15 minutes 📊 Evaluation Criteria You will rate the bot (1–4 scale) on: Voice clarity & pronunciation Naturalness & intonation Correct language/dialect usage Speech pace Technical issues Overall interaction experience You will also provide short written feedback (likes & dislikes). 🎯 Requirements ✔ Must be a native (L1) speaker of the target language ✔ Must currently reside outside restricted countries ✔ Must be comfortable making international calls (charges may apply) ✔ Must complete evaluation immediately after the call 📁 Deliverables Call recording Evaluation submission (CSV format) Call & evaluation timestamps as proof 💼 Additional Opportunity We are also hiring for: 🔹 Subjective Chatbot Evaluations (15–30 min tasks) – L1+ required 🔹 Audio Entity Tagging – L2+ Native level required This is a time-sensitive project.
