Looking for a Zendesk expert to do ongoing support for my company. We just implemented Zendesk into my business and are at the very basic level. I have one of my Shopify employees that’s been doing great with setting it all up with little experience and background with it but this is not her speciality and I’m looking for a Zendesk expert to ensure the process goes as smooth as possible.
