I am building a suite of AI agents designed to automate operations for luxury property management firms. I am looking for a high-level automation engineer. This is a Build With Me project. Your goal is to build the backend infrastructure while mentoring me via screen share so I can manage, maintain, and duplicate these systems for future clients. Scope of Work -Agent Architecture: Help me set up and configure the primary dev environment using -Claude Code CLI and MCP -Workflow Logic: Build out 8 core automation blueprints in Make.com that handle tasks like maintenance triage, scheduling, and data management. -Data Structure: Design a standardized database in Airtable that serves as the "source of truth" for the agents. - Mentorship Provide 10–15 hours of direct training as we build the prototypes together. Required Skills Make.com Mastery: Deep knowledge of complex logic, error handling, and webhooks. Modern AI Stack: Experience with Claude Code , MCP server, and LLM API integrations. Database Design: Expert-level, Airtable, skills. Great Communicator: Ability to explain technical "hows" and "whys" clearly. Timeline: 2–4 weeks for initial build and training.
