1. Organizational Architecture
Design clear org structure (roles, reporting lines)
Define accountability per function
Create chain of command
Define leadership layering
2. KPI & Revenue Accountability
Define measurable KPIs for each department
Align compensation to performance
Establish revenue-per-employee tracking
Implement 4x salary ROI framework
3. Systems & Process Design
Map CRM lifecycle (lead → enrollment → placement → departure)
Define automation points
Implement dashboard structure
Create weekly execution rhythm
4. Execution Governance
Design weekly leadership meetings
Implement performance review cadence
Establish escalation matrix
Define operational SOP framework
Ideal Candidate Profile
You have:
Built operational structure from scratch
Managed multi-country teams
Experience with service-based or recruitment businesses
Deep KPI-driven mindset
Strong financial understanding (P&L, margin, unit economics)
Experience implementing CRM systems
Ability to enforce accountability without micromanagement
