We're a digital marketing agency serving the contractors that helps home service contractors (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more) stop renting leads and start owning their market. We build done-for-you websites, review automation systems, and full lead generation infrastructure for contractors across the US. We're looking for a sharp, confident cold caller to help us book 15-minute discovery calls with contractors who are ready to grow. This starts as a paid test of 200 calls — if results are strong, this becomes a long-term ongoing role. --- ## What You'll Be Doing - Cold calling US-based home service contractors (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, windows, etc.) - Pitching our free done-for-you website offer as the entry point to a conversation - Qualifying prospects and scheduling them for a 15-minute call via our online calendar - Collecting and accurately entering basic contact information (name, business name, phone, email) into our CRM - Following a provided script while sounding natural and conversational — not robotic - Handling common objections with confidence --- ## What We're Looking For Required: - Proven experience cold calling for a digital marketing agency - Comfortable speaking with small business owners (not gatekeepers or corporate buyers) - Strong spoken English — clear, confident, and persuasive - Reliable phone/dialer setup with the ability to provide call recordings for every call - Organized and detail-oriented when entering prospect data - Ability to hit a consistent daily call volume Nice to Have: - Experience calling into the home services industry (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) - Familiarity with selling free offers or lead generation services - Experience booking calls into tools like GoHighLevel, Calendly, or similar calendar systems --- ## The Test Project - Volume: 200 outbound calls - Goal: Book qualified 15-minute discovery calls onto our calendar - Deliverables: - Call recordings for every call made (if possible) - Completed prospect data (name, business, phone, email) entered into our system - Calendar bookings confirmed for interested prospects - Success metric: Appointments booked at a competitive conversion rate - Path forward: Strong performers will be offered a long-term contract with consistent weekly call volume --- ## How to Apply To be considered, please include the following in your proposal: 1.
