Meta Ads Expert (Lead Generation & Full-Funnel Performance) – Remote JL Closets, South Florida’s highest-rated and most-awarded custom-closet company, is seeking an experienced Meta Ads Expert to manage, optimize, and scale our Facebook and Instagram advertising ecosystem end-to-end. This is a senior, hands-on role — not a coordinator position. You will be responsible for the entire Meta infrastructure, including creative strategy, campaign execution, data tracking, and performance optimization. We’re looking for a self-sufficient performance marketer who combines analytical precision, creative intuition, and technical fluency to drive consistent, high-quality lead generation in geographically limited, high-ticket markets. What You’ll Do Plan, build, and scale Meta campaigns that generate qualified, high-intent leads across multiple product categories. Own the full creative process — develop ad concepts, write high-performing copy, and produce/edit static and video creatives using both AI tools and manual editing software. Strong experience with platforms such as Arcads, Creatify, Midjourney, Filmora, CapCut Pro, or Adobe Suite is required. Analyze and optimize performance daily, tracking key metrics, event match quality, and attribution accuracy. Maintain and troubleshoot all elements of the Meta Conversion API (CAPI) and server-side tracking, ensuring accurate data flow and deduplication between our website, CRM (Zoho), and Meta Events Manager. Collaborate directly with Zoho technical support when needed to resolve or troubleshoot integration issues — but remain the primary owner of the full data pipeline. Manage and iterate on audience structures, creative testing frameworks, and Advantage+ scaling strategies. Report insights clearly, identifying trends, testing opportunities, and optimization strategies. Run multiple campaigns simultaneously, balancing different products, audiences, and creative angles while maintaining brand standards and performance consistency. Oversee and maintain the integration of Meta Ads Manager with AI-based performance systems (analytics agents and automation tools). Manage data access and reporting integrations, set up APIs or authorized connectors for campaign data, and use AI to analyze real-time performance, identify best-converting audience pockets, optimize campaign structures, and flag underperforming creatives. Ensure AI systems are securely connected, properly trained on campaign data, and continuously refined to support intelligent, automated optimization across the full Meta infrastructure. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Meta Marketing API and development ecosystem. Manage and maintain system-user access, tokens, and permissions; configure and troubleshoot Graph API integrations; and collaborate with AI systems or internal dashboards pulling real-time performance data. Familiarity with API endpoints for Ads Insights, Pixel Events, and CAPI is essential, along with the ability to set up, test, and secure connections between Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems, and AI analytics agents. Requirements Minimum 4 years of proven, trackable, hands-on experience managing Meta lead-generation campaigns with measurable results. Meta Blueprint Certification (preferred) — applicants must demonstrate verified, trackable campaign results through Ads Manager screenshots, CAPI troubleshooting examples, and real performance data. The final interview will require a live walkthrough of your ad account, including campaign structure, scaling logic, and implemented optimizations. Demonstrated success in local lead generation and high-ticket service campaigns (home-improvement, design, or luxury services preferred). Deep technical understanding of Meta CAPI, server-side tracking, CRM integrations, and event troubleshooting. Expert in ad account auditing and diagnostic analysis — able to detect causes of performance decline, assess tracking accuracy, identify scalable winners, and deliver data-backed optimization plans. Strong grasp of performance metrics, attribution, A/B testing, and Advantage+ optimization. Exceptional copywriting and creative judgment — knows how to produce content that converts. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver measurable results without external agency support. Preferred Experience managing luxury or home-improvement brands. Strong background in Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and multi-touch attribution models. Compensation Competitive monthly retainer or hourly rate — based on experience and performance.
