We are APEX Relocation Ltd, a UK-based supported accommodation provider managing 100+ rooms in Birmingham. We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager & Paid Ads Specialist (preferably based in Pakistan) to manage and grow our online presence. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. Responsibilities: • Create and manage Facebook, Instagram & TikTok ads • Generate tenant leads (refugees, DSS tenants, supported accommodation referrals) • Create engaging organic content (3–5 posts per week) • Design simple graphics (Canva or similar) • Optimise campaigns for lowest cost per lead • Weekly reporting (leads generated, ad spend, performance) • Improve Google presence over time Requirements: • Proven experience running Facebook & Instagram ads • Show past results (screenshots or portfolio required) • Experience in real estate / property / housing preferred • Good English communication • Able to work independently • Available for long-term cooperation Goal: Generate consistent weekly tenant leads and grow brand awareness for APEX Relocation Ltd in Birmingham.
