Overview I need a GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist/developer to build an AI-powered chat flow inside GoHighLevel that will: Chat with inbound leads pre-qualify them using a structured question flow tag/score leads based on answers route them to the next step (book call / request more info / human handoff) This is NOT “build a bot from scratch.” It’s build using GHL architecture and native tools as much as possible (Workflows, Conversations, AI tools, custom values, tags, pipelines, calendars, forms/surveys, etc.). Scope of Work Phase 1 — Analyze Current Manual Conversations Review my current manual chat logs (I will provide exports/screenshots). Identify: top lead intents/questions best-performing responses where leads drop off what data we must collect (qualification fields) Deliverable: Conversation structure + recommended qualification fields Phase 2 — Design the GHL Qualification Funnel Build a structured flow inside GHL: Conversation entry points (webchat / SMS / WhatsApp if available / IG if connected) AI greeting + intent detection (where possible) A step-by-step qualification sequence Branching logic: Qualified → booking link + reminders Not qualified → nurture + collect missing info High intent / urgent → notify human + assign conversation Lead outcome rules: tags (Qualified / Not Qualified / Needs Follow-Up / Hot Lead) pipeline stage movement tasks for sales team custom fields updated from answers Deliverable: Flowchart + workflow map + exact question script Phase 3 — Build & Implement in GoHighLevel Inside GHL: Create/modify: Workflows (triggers, if/else, wait steps, AI steps) Conversation logic + templates Custom fields + tags + scoring Pipelines/stages Calendar booking flow (if qualified) Notifications + assignment rules QA testing: test cases for different lead types edge cases (no response, vague answers, wrong intent, spam) Deliverable: Working GHL AI chat qualification system (MVP) + testing checklist Phase 4 — Optimization & Reporting Track: completion rate of qualification booking rate most common objections/questions drop-off points Recommend weekly improvements.
