We are a premium women’s fashion brand on Shopify looking to design and implement a tier-based loyalty program focused on increasing repeat purchases and customer lifetime value. We are currently in Phase 1 and are open to recommendations on the best platform (Smile, LoyaltyLion, Rise.ai, etc.). We are not locked into any specific tool. 🎯 Objective: Build a clean, luxury-aligned loyalty system that: - Rewards customers based on lifetime spend - Offers % based store credit - Includes expiry-driven reminders to drive repeat purchases - Avoids heavy gamification (no spin wheels, excessive social points, etc.) - Feels premium, not “discount-driven” What We’re Looking For: - Implementation - Recommend the best app/platform for our use case - Design 3-tier structure - Configure earning & redemption logic - Implement store credit expiry - Integrate with Omnisend for automated reminders about credit expiry Email Platform: - We use Omnisend for automation and segmentation.
