We need a Klaviyo expert to migrate us from Wix Marketing to Klaviyo and build out email + SMS marketing for two customer segments. Why Klaviyo: Our Square POS loyalty program lacks SMS, and Wix doesn't support it. We need a single platform for email + SMS that can trigger automated loyalty messages (points earned, rewards ready, expiry reminders). What you'll do: Migrate our Wix Marketing subscriber list to Klaviyo (consent records, history) Integrate with Square Online + Square POS Loyalty Set up SMS (CASL-compliant — we're in Canada) Build B2C flows: welcome series, abandoned cart, loyalty SMS, win-back Build B2B/catering flows: inquiry follow-up, post-event rebooking, seasonal campaigns Design 4–6 branded email templates Provide documentation + training About our B2B: We cater corporate events, film productions, and private celebrations with a food truck (chimney cones + soft serve) and gelato bar.
