Individual mentor currently working in a real‑time role (MNC/product company Minimum 6+ years of hands‑on QA Automation experience. Strong experience designing and implementing automation frameworks in: Java (must) Selenium WebDriver BDD with Cucumber (must) REST API testing (Postman / RestAssured) CI/CD (Jenkins / GitHub Actions) Playwright (nice to have) Cloud exposure (AWS or Azure nice to have) 1:1 Mock Interviews Conduct mock interviews (technical + scenario‑based) for Senior QA Automation / SDET roles. Cover framework design, Java + Selenium + Cucumber, API testing, CI/CD, and real‑world QA scenarios. Provide honest, structured feedback and improvement plan after each session.
