We work with agencies and fast-moving businesses to eliminate manual work and create systems that scale. The Role We're looking for an automation expert to build and optimize workflows for our clients. This is a long-term collaboration—not a one-off gig. You'll work directly with client requirements, design solutions, build automations, and document everything clearly. Responsibilities - Build automations in Make.com (80%) and N8N (20%) - Take a consulting approach: understand client needs, propose efficient solutions, reduce costs - Document automations thoroughly with clear explanations and relevant screenshots - Design clean, maintainable scenarios with well-organized nodes - Optimize for performance and cost-efficiency - Occasional support for ClickUp automation setup and configuration Requirements - Fluent in French AND English (client communication in both languages) - Deep experience with Make.com scenario building - Working knowledge of N8N - Strong documentation skills—automations are only useful if teams understand them - Consulting mindset: you find the best solution, not just the first one - Ability to work with APIs and webhooks - Clear communication and reliable delivery Strong Bonus - Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) - Knowledge of AI agents and agentic automation workflows - ClickUp expertise (automations, custom fields, integrations) To Apply Send us: 1.
