We are a fast-paced media startup producing a high volume of newsletters, shows, and reports in ARABIC. We have built an Airtable system that needs optimization and reviewing, as well as built an AI-driven content recycling engine, and automated analytics. Key Responsibilities - Operations Automation: Architect the flow between content, BD, and Ops teams. - AI Agents: Build and refine AI agents within Airtable to recycle newsletters and podcasts\shows into viral social media content. - Social Analytics Pipeline: Integrate social media APIs to pull real-time analytics back into Airtable, allowing us to see the performance of every snippets. - Interface Design: Refine our interface for our sales, production, and design teams - Scale Management: Ensure our High-Volume Production (10+ snippets per episode) remains organized with zero duplication, using unique IDs and normalized naming conventions Our Tech Stack Core: Airtable Communciation: Slack + Wetransfer Storage: Google Drive + Airtable + Dropbox Media: Canva, Figma, Adobe
