Freelance Chief of Operations / Integrator (German-Speaking) – Marketing Agency We are a growing performance-driven marketing agency, working with multiple retainer clients in e-commerce, services and lifestyle. We are now looking for a highly structured, German-speaking Freelance Chief of Operations / Integrator to take full ownership of delivery and operational execution. This is not a creative role. This is not a “social media manager” position. This is an execution and structure role. ⸻ Your Mission Your job is simple: Protect the founder from operational chaos. You will ensure that all client projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and systems are structured — without constant supervision. You are not the visionary. You build and enforce the machine. ⸻ Core Responsibilities • Plan and structure monthly client roadmaps • Assign tasks to editors, designers, media buyers and copywriters • Enforce deadlines and quality control • Oversee CRM & automation systems (GoHighLevel) • Manage email marketing flows (Klaviyo) • Maintain performance dashboards and reporting • Create and optimize SOPs • Identify operational bottlenecks early • Act as escalation filter before issues reach the founder ⸻ Mandatory Requirements • Fluent German (written and spoken) • Proven experience managing delivery inside a marketing agency • Strong hands-on experience with: • GoHighLevel (GHL) • Klaviyo • Funnel logic & CRM systems • Basic Meta Ads structure (you don’t need to run ads, but must understand campaign logic) • Deep understanding of operational systems (Notion, ClickUp, Asana or similar) • Highly structured, process-oriented mindset • Independent decision-maker • Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility ⸻ Not a Fit If • You are “just” a creative or social media manager • You need daily supervision • You avoid difficult decisions • You are looking to build your own competing agency • You struggle with structure and accountability ⸻ Metrics • Zero missed deadlines • 100% project visibility • Clean, structured workflows • Reduced founder involvement in daily delivery • Monthly reporting fully systemized Your performance will be measured objectively. ⸻ Framework • Freelance contract • 20–30 hours per week to start • Long-term collaboration preferred • Compensation based on experience High performers may grow into a larger operational role as the agency scales. ⸻ How to Apply Please include: 1.
