I am looking for a high-level YouTube Channel Manager/Producer to handle the end-to-end production of a new faceless YouTube channel in the Luxury Travel / Cruise / AI / health niche (High CPM). I need someone who can take a topic and deliver a 100% finished, high-quality video ready for upload. Scope of Work: You will be responsible for managing the entire workflow: • Scriptwriting: Engaging, well-researched, and SEO-optimized scripts (8-12 minutes). • Voiceover: High-quality human-like AI (ElevenLabs) or professional human voiceover (American English). • Video Editing: Fast-paced, "documentary-style" editing with premium stock footage (Storyblocks/Envato), motion graphics, and sound design. • Thumbnail & SEO: High-CTR thumbnail design and optimized Title/Tags/Description.
