We are looking for an experienced HubSpot expert to fully set up, optimize, and automate our CRM and marketing operations. This is not a basic admin task. We need someone who can configure workflows, automate lead management, build and optimize deal pipelines, set up reporting dashboards, and integrate third-party tools including email systems, accounting software, call/SMS tools, and website chat. You should be confident in creating automated follow-ups, task reminders, segmentation, and implementing landing pages, forms, and visitor tracking. Experience with sales process structuring and approval workflows is important. We want HubSpot to become the central system for campaigns, automation, reporting, and growth.
