We are hiring an Automation & Voice AI Specialist to build and optimise our backend systems. Responsibilities AI Voice Agent Development (Retell.ai or Similar) Build intelligent call flows for dental practices Design conversation logic for booking, rescheduling, cancellations Implement new patient intake scripts Handle insurance queries and basic qualification Create fallback logic and human transfer routing Structure prompts for natural, human sounding conversations n8n Automation Development Connect voice agents to CRMs Integrate with dental practice management systems Trigger SMS confirmations and reminders Sync booking data Build missed call recovery workflows Implement conditional logic and error handling Create clean, reusable workflow templates System Architecture Design scalable infrastructure Build systems that can be cloned for new clinics Ensure logging, monitoring, and performance tracking Minimise failure points Requirements Strong experience with n8n Experience with Retell.ai or other AI voice platforms Experience integrating CRMs and booking systems Comfortable working with APIs and webhooks Experience building systems for service based businesses Ideal Experience Experience working with dental or healthcare clinics Understanding of appointment scheduling systems Familiarity with compliance considerations in healthcare environments
