Job Description I’m building an AI-powered executive assistant platform called RGX Systems that uses automation workflows (n8n) and Slack integrations to manage communication, research, follow-ups, and business operations. I already have workflows started and need an experienced automation developer to help finish the product, improve reliability, and scale the system. This is not a basic automation job — I’m looking for someone comfortable building real automation infrastructure. What You’ll Be Doing Finalizing n8n workflows and automation logic Building and improving Slack integrations / Slack bots Connecting APIs, webhooks, and AI tools (OpenAI, etc.) Automating lead tracking, project updates, notifications Troubleshooting workflow errors and improving stability Helping design scalable automation architecture Potential long-term role if it’s a good fit. Required Experience Strong n8n workflow experience (not beginner level) Slack API or Slack bot integration experience Webhooks, API integrations, automation systems Experience with AI automation tools preferred Ability to troubleshoot and optimize workflows Nice to Have SaaS automation experience CRM automation experience Experience building AI assistants or workflow tools Project Status Workflows already started Looking to finish and scale Fast-moving startup environment Budget open to discussion depending on experience.
