Project Summary:
The goal is to move B&M Marine from a static business to an interactive service hub. We will build a system that captures high-value leads from Knysna to Plett, automates the “first contact” via AI, and provides a professional “Service Log” for repeat boat owners.

Requirements from the Client Side
To finish this project in 30 days within the $800 limit, B&M Marine must provide:

- Service List: A bulleted list of your specific maintenance checks (e.g., “Impeller replacement,” “Anode inspection”).
- Inquiry Questions: The 3 questions you want the chatbot to ask (e.g., “What is your boat’s length?”, “What marina are you at?”).
- Legal Details: Your PTY LTD registration number and Knysna workshop address for the legal footers.
- Access: Login credentials for the domain/SSL provider you have already purchased.
