We are seeking a highly experienced ClickUp Systems Architect to transform our current workflows into a scalable, automated Operating System within ClickUp. This is not a basic setup role — we require someone who understands system architecture, structured hierarchy, and advanced automation logic that supports long-term operational growth and executive-level reporting. Our objective is to eliminate manual processes, standardize workflows, and build a fully optimized system that drives efficiency and clarity across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Audit & Process Mapping: - Analyze our existing workflows and identify inefficiencies - Create a structured logic map outlining the proposed automation architecture Hierarchy & System Design: - Architect and standardize Spaces, Folders, Lists, and task structures - Ensure data integrity for accurate rollups, reporting, and dashboard views Native ClickUp Automations: - Build advanced automation workflows (status triggers, task dependencies, SLA tracking, deadline management) - Implement structured Custom Fields, Relationships, and task logic External Integrations: - Connect ClickUp with external tools (e.g., Slack, Gmail, CRM, Typeform, etc.) - Use Make.com or Zapier for complex multi-step automation beyond native capabilities Dashboards & Reporting: - Develop Executive-Level Dashboards using Custom Fields, Formulas, Rollups, and Relationships - Create KPI tracking systems for leadership visibility Documentation & Training: - Develop a comprehensive System Manual inside ClickUp Docs - Record Loom walkthroughs for onboarding and internal adoption Requirements: - Proven experience as a high-level ClickUp implementer or systems consultant - Advanced expertise in ClickUp hierarchy design and workflow structuring - Strong experience with Make.com (Integromat) or Zapier for complex automation logic - Deep understanding of Custom Fields, Formulas, Relationships, and Rollups - Ability to explain the strategic reasoning behind system structure decisions - Strong documentation and communication skills
