We are looking to develop (or license and customize) an AI-based RFP automation tool specifically designed for complex EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) tenders.
The system should be capable of:
• Reading and understanding large, complex EPC RFP documents (PDF/DOC, including scanned documents if possible)
• Identifying and highlighting key risk clauses such as Liquidated Damages (LD), Force Majeure, payment terms, termination clauses, indemnity, guarantees, penalties, etc.
• Generating structured and well-formatted pre-bid queries based on ambiguities or high-risk clauses
• Extracting Bill of Quantities (BOQ) tables and converting them into structured, pricing-ready Excel formats
• Providing structured outputs in downloadable formats (Excel/JSON/Doc)
We are interested in LLM-based architecture (OpenAI / Claude or similar), contract intelligence frameworks, Document AI solutions, and robust backend system design.
