I’m building a custom reporting and client portal platform to replace a manual Word + Excel workflow used for building engineering and condition assessment reports. The goal is to create a scalable, automated system that: • Captures structured inspection data • Manages photos and components • Generates professional ASTM UniFormat–based PDF reports • Provides a secure client portal for review and collaboration I’m looking for an experienced Bubble developer / technical partner who can help architect and build this platform end-to-end, starting with a roofing module and expanding into other building systems over time. This is a serious long-term project, not a small website build.
