Virtual Assistant – Multi-Platform Growth (Multiple Accounts) We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to manage and grow multiple social media accounts for a fast-growing creator brand. This is a hands-on role requiring consistent daily posting, strong caption writing skills, and a focus on organic growth across platforms. Responsibilities: • Post 3 times daily on each account across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Reddit and any additional platforms as needed • Manage multiple accounts per platform (there may be more than one account per platform) • Schedule posts using each platform’s native scheduling tools (no external scheduling tools) • Write engaging, platform-optimised captions • Conduct relevant hashtag research • Optimise posts for reach, engagement and growth • Assist with Reddit posting and organic growth strategy • Monitor comments and engagement (DM automation handled separately) • Organise provided content efficiently • Ensure consistent daily posting without missed days • Adapt to additional platforms as the brand expands Requirements: • Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously • Experience managing more than one account per platform • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, X and Reddit algorithms • Strong English writing skills (captions must feel natural and engaging) • Highly organised and reliable • Growth-focused mindset • Able to commit to high-volume daily posting This is a long-term opportunity for someone dependable and serious about social media growth.
