About the role We are pioneering the automation of customer service interactions through advanced voice and chat technologies powered by Generative AI. Our virtual assistants empower customers by providing knowledge and facilitating self-service actions, enhancing their overall experience. We are seeking native Mandarin Chinese speakers to assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for a cutting-edge generative AI virtual assistant focused on voice and chat functionalities. Your role will involve engaging with the virtual assistant, testing its performance, providing detailed feedback, and ensuring it meets high standards of linguistic and contextual accuracy. Responsibilities -Test Voice and Chat Functionalities: Interact with the AI assistant using both voice and text to evaluate its performance. - Provide Detailed Feedback: Identify any linguistic errors, contextual misunderstandings, or technical issues, and document them thoroughly. -Ensure Accuracy Standards: Verify that the assistant's responses are accurate, natural, and contextually appropriate for Mandarin Chinese users. -Collaborate with the Team: Communicate findings effectively to developers and stakeholders to facilitate improvements. Skills & Requirements -Native Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese: Complete fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin Chinese, preferably with knowledge of regional variations. -Professional English Skills: Excellent communication skills in -English to report back and discuss your findings (our international team uses English as the shared language). -Strong Communication Skills: You are a great communicator and enjoy working in a diverse team. -Can-Do Attitude: You have a proactive approach and maintain high standards for your own work. -Attention to Detail: You are meticulous and have an eye for identifying subtle errors or inconsistencies in language and functionality. -Passion for User Experience: You are passionate about delivering great user experiences and strive to provide the best UX to customers. -Interest in AI Technologies: You are curious about natural language understanding technologies and how advanced conversational AI is transforming contact centers. -Understanding of AI Interactions: Familiarity with AI virtual assistants and insight into their capabilities and limitations. -Experience in UAT Preferred: Prior experience in user acceptance testing or similar quality assurance roles is a plus.
