Job Title: ManyChat Automation Expert (FB + IG) + Go High Level | 20–50 Automations + Troubleshooting Job Description: I’m looking for an experienced ManyChat specialist to build and properly configure between 20–50 comment-trigger automations for Facebook and Instagram. My ManyChat account is already connected to both FB and IG. 🎯 Project Goal: When someone comments on a specific post: The automation replies to their comment (ex: “It’s on the way! Check your DMs 👀”) Sends them a DM Collects their information (name + email) Delivers the requested resource via email Sends several more messages, engaging in conversation We use Go High Level, so integration may be needed for the email delivery portion. ⚠️ Important: We previously ran into issues with: Automations triggering on the wrong posts Comment triggers firing on unrelated content Backend flows overlapping You must understand how to: Properly set up post-specific comment triggers Prevent cross-firing automations Troubleshoot and clean up existing flows Organize backend structure for scale ✅ Ideal Candidate: Advanced experience with ManyChat (especially comment growth tools) Strong troubleshooting background Has built multiple lead-generation DM automations Understands scaling automations across multiple platforms 📦 Scope of Work: Build 20–50 comment-trigger automations Ensure each automation fires ONLY on its intended post Set up DM sequence + data capture Connect to Go High Level for email delivery (if needed) Fully test and QA all flows 🚀 BONUS (High Priority): We are actively looking for a third-party platform that functions similarly to ManyChat so we can run the same type of comment-to-DM automations on TikTok.
