Summary
We’re looking for a CRM and lifecycle marketing specialist to help run and improve our retention programs at a $200M+ DTC brand. You’ll support the day-to-day execution of email and SMS, help build and optimize lifecycle automations, and use performance data to continuously improve results. We use Klaviyo, and we can train you if you’re newer to the platform.
Deliverables
• Build, launch, and maintain core lifecycle flows in Klaviyo (post-purchase, winback, cross-sell, upsell) with guidance from the team.
• Execute email/SMS campaigns to existing customers, including building sends, setting up segmentation, scheduling, QA, and reporting.
• Partner with Creative/Merchandising to gather inputs (product focus, promos, messaging) and turn them into clear campaign briefs and ready-to-send emails/texts.
• Assist with A/B tests across campaigns and flows (subject lines, timing, offers, creative variants), track results, and share takeaways.
• Monitor performance (open rate/CTR, CVR, revenue contribution, unsubscribes) and recommend practical optimizations based on what’s working.
