Project Overview
We are building a production-grade real-time event ingestion and SMS alerting system.
The system must ingest data from multiple real-time sources (web-based and audio-based), normalize events, perform deduplication, classify priority, and dynamically route SMS notifications.

Scope of Work
You will:
Deploy n8n in a self-hosted Docker environment
Implement high-frequency polling workflows
Build audio ingestion + transcription pipeline
Extract structured event data (address, type, priority)
Implement deduplication logic (Redis or Postgres preferred)
Build routing logic (dynamic SMS routing)
Integrate Twilio SMS
Implement logging, retries, and monitoring
Deliver full Docker Compose deployment package
Provide workflow exports and documentation
Include 30-day stabilization support
