TryAxe is an AI Chief of Staff designed to help founders and business leaders operate smarter, move faster, and scale with clarity. We support companies with strategic execution, automation, and AI-powered operations. We're growing and need a closer who can bring this to the businesses that need it most. The Role This is a high-ticket B2B sales role. You'll be selling TryAxe's service tiers ranging from $1,000–$5,000/mo (with setup fees up to $50K for Enterprise). You own the full cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery calls, product demos, and close. What You'll Do - Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach (LinkedIn, cold email, calls) - Run structured discovery calls with founders, CEOs, and operators - Deliver compelling product demos tailored to the prospect's pain - Close deals and manage your pipeline through each stage - Collaborate with leadership on messaging, objection handling, and process refinement Who We're Looking For - 2+ years selling SaaS, AI tools, or high-ticket B2B services - Proven outbound game, you don't wait for inbound - Strong demo skills and comfortable handling ROI-based objections - You sell outcomes, not features - Self-driven and performance-oriented Why TryAxe - 90-Day ROI Guarantee baked into every deal, making closing easier - Clear, differentiated product in a fast-growing category - Backing from a founder who moves fast and supports the sales function - High earning potential, compensation is commission-based or base + commission (structure being finalized with Sean, confirmed before you start) Compensation & Benefits • Base: $400/week ($20,800/year) • Commission: 10% per closed deal • Average deal size: $5,000–$7,000 • Average rep earnings: $70,000–$90,000/year • Performance bonuses and additional incentives based on results What We Provide • Company Gmail account • LinkedIn Sales Navigator (company-provided) • Your own FasterClaw instance (on us — you'll use it, love it, and sell it with firsthand experience) • 10–20 pre-screened inbound leads per week, prospects already qualified and interested in moving forward • Outbound support and resources Requirements & Tools • Work hours: 10:00am – 7:00pm CST (covers full East & West Coast business hours) • CRM experience required (HubSpot, Pipedrive, GHL, or Close preferred) • Calendly or similar scheduling tool • Slack for internal communication • Experience using SaaS products is a plus Target Customers Best fits: $500K–$5M/year businesses, 5–50 people, already spending on SaaS tools, feeling the pain of dropped leads and team coordination.
