We are seeking an experienced Monday.com CRM specialist to help design, structure, and optimize a new CRM environment from the ground up for a small team. This is not basic admin support — we’re looking for someone who understands workflow architecture, automation logic, and scalable system design. Objective: Build a clean, structured, and optimized Monday.com CRM setup that improves visibility, efficiency, and accountability across our team. Scope of Work Design and build CRM boards from off the shelf templates or customize if needed. Create standardized templates for: - Lead intake - Sales pipeline tracking - Client onboarding - Task and follow-up management - Develop automation workflows (notifications, status triggers, ownership transitions, etc.) - Optimize dashboards and reporting views Integrate key tools (if applicable) - Provide documentation and a brief walkthrough training session We want someone who can: - Identify inefficiencies - Recommend structural improvements - Future-proof the system for growth Ideal Candidate - 3+ years hands-on experience with Monday.com (CRM-focused builds preferred) - Strong understanding of workflow mapping and business process optimization - Experience building automations and integrations Clear communicator who can translate business needs into system design
