We are redesigning our website in-house and are looking for a Zoho expert to implement the backend automation, CRM data structure, and marketing attribution layer within Zoho One. Our goal is to eliminate manual lead handling and create a single source of truth for ROI across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads. This is a systems implementation project, not a website build. We are open to work on Fixed price (after discovery phase), or Hourly with clear milestones. We will start with a paid discovery phase where you: – Review our requirements – Propose the architecture – Define implementation steps ✅Scope of Work 1️⃣ Zoho Forms → Zoho CRM automation We will embed Zoho Forms on the website. You will: – Map form submissions to the correct CRM modules: 1. Request a Quote → Deals 2. Lead magnets → Contacts – Apply tagging based on: 1. Service interest 2. Lead source 3. Lifecycle stage (e.g. MQL) – Implement deduplication / upsert logic 1. If an existing contact submits a new form, update the existing record 2️⃣ Lead nurturing flow – Sync whitepaper / lead magnet contacts into Zoho Campaigns – Assign them to the correct mailing lists – Ensure proper source tracking 3️⃣ Paid ads lead sync We need automated lead ingestion into Zoho CRM from: – Facebook Lead Ads – LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms With: 1. Correct field mapping 2. Source attribution 3. No duplicates 4️⃣ Tracking & attribution data capture Ensure the following data is captured and stored in CRM: – UTM parameters – GCLID – Ad platform source/medium/campaign This will be passed via Zoho Forms into CRM. 5️⃣ Zoho Analytics — Unified ROI dashboard Build a dashboard showing: – Spend by channel – Cost per lead – Pipeline value – Revenue – ROAS / ROI Data sources: – Zoho CRM – Google Ads – LinkedIn Ads – Facebook Ads 🧱 Technical Requirements – Must use native Zoho One tools wherever possible – Clean, scalable CRM structure – Proper data model for marketing attribution – Documentation of the setup ✅ Deliverables – Fully working automated lead flow – Correct CRM module structure – Deduplication logic – Campaign sync – Ad platform integrations – Zoho Analytics ROI dashboard – Handover documentation ⭐ Ideal Candidate You: – Are a Zoho One specialist (not a general CRM freelancer) – Have implemented marketing attribution in Zoho Analytics – Understand lead lifecycle & pipeline reporting – Have experience with paid media integrations Please include in your proposal: – A short description of a similar Zoho project – Which Zoho apps you would use for this setup – Your approach to deduplication / upsert logic – Example of a marketing ROI dashboard you built (screenshots are fine) 🌍 Collaboration Timezone: Europe preferred (not mandatory) Communication: Slack + weekly check-ins 💰 Budget Please submit: Estimated cost for discovery phase Rough implementation range
