This is not a social media role and not an ads-only role. We are looking for an experienced operator who understands conversion rate optimization, email revenue systems, AOV improvement, and retention strategy. Our brand sells elevated, design-forward dog apparel through both retail and online channels. We are looking for someone who can install systems and improve revenue performance over a 90-day period. ⸻ 📌 Responsibilities • Audit and improve Shopify conversion rate • Optimize homepage and product pages for clarity and AOV • Build and optimize Klaviyo email flows: • Welcome sequence • Abandoned cart • Post-purchase flow • Reorder sequence • VIP repeat customer flow • Install and optimize bundle strategy • Increase average order value • Implement basic reporting dashboard (conversion, AOV, retention) • Oversee light retargeting ads (optional, small budget) ⸻ 📌 Required Experience • 5+ years Shopify experience • Proven experience increasing AOV and conversion rate • Strong Klaviyo flow building experience • Experience with fashion or boutique brands preferred • Able to show before/after performance improvements • Data-driven and revenue-focused ⸻ 📌 What We Are NOT Looking For • Social media managers • Influencer managers • Agencies • Ads-only buyers • Graphic designers We are looking for someone who understands the business mechanics behind profitable growth. ⸻ 📌 Success Metrics (First 90 Days) • Increase email revenue to 25–35% of online revenue • Improve AOV by 10–20% • Increase conversion rate • Install long-term retention systems ⸻ 📌 How to Apply Please include: 1.
