Job Title: Part-Time Zoho Books Accountant (Diving & Liveaboard Industry) Job Overview: We are MSDiver, a specialized liveaboard booking agency operating across Hong Kong, China, and Southeast Asia (Indonesia/Maldives). We are looking for a detail-oriented, part-time Accountant/Bookkeeper with expert-level proficiency in Zoho Books to manage our international diving travel business. Key Responsibilities: Multi-Currency Bookkeeping: Manage transactions involving USD, CNY, EUR, ensuring accurate exchange rate tracking and realized/unrealized gain/loss reporting. Revenue Recognition: Handle high-volume prepayments (deposits) for trips booked 6-12 months in advance and correctly recognize revenue upon trip completion. Commission & Payout Management: Reconcile agency commissions from luxury liveaboard operators and track payments to vendors. Financial Reporting: Generate monthly Profit & Loss statements categorized by "Vessel" or "Destination" to analyze margins for different diving routes. Requirements: Zoho Expert: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho Books (Certification is a plus). Industry Experience: Previous experience in Travel Agencies, Dive Centers, Liveaboards, or Hospitality is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Zoho’s automation (Workflows), custom templates, and multi-currency settings. Language: Fluent in English (Written and Verbal). Precision: Ability to manage complex deposits and refund policies typical of the diving industry. Working Terms: Type: Part-time / Freelance (Remote). Hours: Approximately 5-10 hours per week (to be adjusted based on booking volume).
