We are looking for a Customer Email Marketing Executive to manage and send promotional and awareness emails to existing customers who have already purchased our products. The role focuses on customer retention, repeat purchases, and offer communication using email automation tools like Mailchimp or similar platforms. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage email campaigns for existing customers Send offers, promotions, and product updates via email Segment customer lists based on past purchases and behavior Set up automated email flows (post-purchase, repeat offer, seasonal offers) Track open rates, clicks, and conversions to improve performance Requirements: Experience with Mailchimp or any email marketing tool Understanding of customer segmentation and retention marketing Ability to write simple, clear promotional email content Basic knowledge of email analytics and reporting
