Description: We are looking for a highly technical GoHighLevel (GHL) expert to help us optimize our CRM, sales funnels, and multi-channel communications. This is not just basic setup – we need someone who can handle complex automations, integrations, and technical challenges. Responsibilities: Set up and organize leads, opportunities, and client pipelines in GoHighLevel. Configure multi-channel communication workflows, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, and voice messages. Integrate external phone numbers (e.g., Ringover or other VoIP systems) with GoHighLevel for messaging and calling. Build, test, and manage sales funnels and automated sequences for lead nurturing and follow-ups. Set up newsletters, campaigns, and advanced automations in GoHighLevel. Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize workflows for efficiency. Train our team to use GoHighLevel consistently and effectively. Requirements: Proven experience working with GoHighLevel (2+ years preferred). Strong understanding of multi-channel automation: email, SMS, WhatsApp, and voice messaging. Experience integrating third-party tools like Ringover, Twilio, or other VoIP systems. Ability to troubleshoot complex workflows and automations. Knowledge of creating dashboards and reporting for leads, pipelines, and team performance. Strong communication skills and ability to train non-technical team members. Nice-to-Have: Experience managing multiple sales funnels simultaneously. Familiarity with marketing automations and lead scoring. Experience with multi-country leads and global messaging compliance.
