Our current financial tracking is messy due to multiple revenue streams and stock usage across providers. We are looking for an expert to build a clean, automated Google Sheets (or Airtable) dashboard that reconciles memberships, treatments, inventory usage, and profitability in one system. This is NOT a basic spreadsheet task. We need a scalable operational dashboard suitable for a growing clinic business. Core Objective: Create a single source of truth dashboard that automatically tracks: Membership revenue Treatment usage Product and consumable stock Free influencer allocations One off sales Provider level usage Real time profitability Scope of Work: 1. Membership Revenue Ledger Track all active members Monthly membership fee (fixed or tiered) Payment status (paid, overdue, failed) Start date and renewal tracking Revenue per month (MRR) 2.
