Title: AI & Workflow Automation Consultant Job Overview We are a growing recruitment company operating in the remote talent space, and we’re looking for an experienced AI & Workflow Automation Consultant (individual or team) to audit, redesign, and automate our internal workflows. Many of our current processes rely heavily on manual coordination. We need someone who can analyze our systems, identify operational gaps, and build scalable automation solutions that significantly reduce manual labor and improve efficiency. This is a project-based engagement, not a VA or maintenance role. We are looking for someone with real implementation experience who can architect and deploy automation systems from start to finish. What We Need Help With - Audit and map our current recruitment and operations workflows - Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and manual dependencies - Design automation solutions using AI and workflow tools - Build scalable automation systems across our tools (ATS, CRM, - Notion, email, Slack, scheduling, etc.) - Integrate AI where applicable (screening support, documentation generation, reporting, task automation) - Reduce repetitive tasks and human error - Create documentation and clear system logic for sustainability Tools & Tech (Examples) You should be comfortable working with or integrating tools such as: - Zapier / Make / n8n - OpenAI API or other AI tools - ATS and CRM systems - Notion / Airtable - Google Workspace - Slack integrations - Webhooks / APIs Ideal Experience - Proven experience designing and implementing complex automation systems - Strong understanding of workflow mapping and operational redesign - Experience building automation for service-based businesses - Highly preferred: Experience working with recruitment or staffing companies - Ability to show case studies or examples of past automation projects What We’re Looking For - Systems thinker (not just someone who connects apps) - Someone who can independently identify gaps and propose solutions - Structured and documentation-driven - Able to deliver clean, scalable, and maintainable systems - Comfortable collaborating directly with leadership Engagement Details - Project-based - Clear milestones and deliverables - Potential for ongoing advisory support after initial implementation To Apply Please include: - A brief overview of similar automation projects you’ve completed - Specific tools you’ve used - Whether you’ve worked with recruitment or staffing companies before - An outline of how you typically approach a workflow audit
