We are WEM.io, an Amsterdam based, enterprise-grade no-code software platform helping organisations modernise and automate complex business processes.
We are looking for a high-energy LinkedIn specialist who can help take our commercial team’s LinkedIn presence and engagement to the next level. This is not a content outsourcing role. We are explicitly looking for someone who can teach, coach, and activate our team to perform better themselves on LinkedIn.
The assignment You will run an interactive, hands-on workshop (or short series of sessions) for a group of approximately 10 commercial professionals (sales, business development, partnerships).
The goal:
👉 Help our team use LinkedIn more effectively to engage prospects, build credibility, and support commercial conversations — without sounding salesy or corporate.
What we want you to help us master:
We’re looking for guidance and practical training on topics such as:
- How to communicate from the prospect’s problems and context, rather than from a company or product-centric perspective
- What actually drives engagement and follower growth for individuals (not company pages)
- Which post formats work best for B2B (carousels, polls, short video, text posts, etc.) — and why
- How to comment strategically on others’ posts to increase visibility and credibility
- How to leverage events (we attend many): - How to communicate before, during, and after events - How to create anticipation, social proof, and follow-up opportunities
- How to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator effectively in a modern, non-spammy way
- How to write connection requests and follow-ups that actually get accepted and replied to
- Personal branding for commercial professionals in a B2B / enterprise context
What we’re looking for in you
- Proven experience enabling B2B sales or commercial teams on LinkedIn
- Strong understanding of organic LinkedIn strategy (no automation spam, no gimmicks)
- Comfortable running interactive workshops (live feedback, examples, exercises)
- Able to translate theory into practical do’s & don’ts
- Familiar with complex B2B sales cycles and consultative selling
Bonus:
experience in SaaS, enterprise software, no-code / low-code, or digital transformation
