GoHighLevel (GHL) is our primary CRM and automation platform, and we are hiring a GHL Admin with strong lead conversion skills to help us scale This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy-only position. We are looking for a GoHighLevel Admin who understands: • CRM organization • Funnel and workflow logic • SMS-first lead follow-up • How speed and consistency impact conversions You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing our GHL system so leads are contacted fast, followed up properly, and moved through the pipeline cleanly. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain GoHighLevel CRM • Build and edit funnels (landing pages, forms, calendars) • Set up and optimize GHL workflows and automations • Manage SMS and email follow-up sequences • Organize and maintain pipelines, tags, and opportunities • Monitor inbound leads and replies daily • Flag hot leads for closing • Ensure fast response times to new leads • Keep the CRM clean, accurate, and scalable • Provide weekly performance reports (contact rate, show rate, conversions) Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience as a GoHighLevel Admin • Strong knowledge of GHL workflows and automations • Experience with SMS-based lead follow-up • Understanding of lead conversion and sales pipelines • Comfortable managing CRM data and automation logic • Detail-oriented, reliable, and fast • Fluent written English Highly Preferred (Bonus): • Experience with local service businesses, fitness, coaching, or youth sports • Understanding of CRM KPIs (contact rate, show-up rate, close rate) • Light copywriting ability for SMS and emails Must be able to work PST hours.
