We are a high-growth B2B SaaS company that provides a 100% platform-native DevSecOps solution for one of the world's largest enterprise ecosystems. Our customers include Fortune 500 organizations in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, hospitality, and consumer goods. We operate five product lines spanning DevOps, data protection, compliance, and AI-powered automation. We are scaling aggressively and looking for a Product Operations Lead who can serve as the connective tissue between our product, engineering, go-to-market, and customer success teams — ensuring that our product development machine runs with the precision, speed, and data-driven rigor required to win in a competitive market. This is not a project management role, and it is not a product management role. Product Operations is the operational backbone that makes the entire product organization more effective. You will own the systems, processes, data flows, and cross-functional rituals that translate customer insight into shipped product — and shipped product into measurable business outcomes. You will be responsible for removing friction from every stage of the product lifecycle: from how we capture and prioritize customer feedback, to how we plan and execute releases, to how we measure adoption and close the loop with customers and the field. Key Responsibilities Product Data & Insights Infrastructure: Build and maintain dashboards, feedback taxonomies, and analytics pipelines that give product managers real-time visibility into feature adoption, churn signals, NPS drivers, and competitive intelligence. Own the single source of truth for product metrics across all five product lines. Release & Launch Operations: Design and run the end-to-end release process — from sprint planning alignment to release notes, internal enablement, customer communications, and post-launch adoption tracking. Ensure every release has a clear success criteria and a feedback loop. Customer Feedback Loop: Own the system for capturing, tagging, routing, and closing the loop on customer feedback from support tickets, CSM notes, sales call transcripts, community discussions, and NPS/CSAT surveys. Make sure product managers are never making decisions in a vacuum. Cross-Functional Process Design: Build and maintain the operating cadences between Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. Own the product review, roadmap communication, and prioritization frameworks that keep all teams aligned and accountable. Tool & Systems Administration: Own the product management toolstack (e.g., Jira, Productboard, Pendo, Amplitude, or equivalents). Ensure configurations, workflows, and integrations are optimized for speed and accuracy — not bureaucracy. Go-to-Market Enablement: Partner with Product Marketing and Revenue teams to ensure that sales collateral, competitive battle cards, and product positioning reflect what is actually shipping. Bridge the gap between what engineering builds and what the field can sell. Experimentation & PLG Support: Support product-led growth initiatives by instrumenting in-product experiments, tracking conversion funnels, and providing data infrastructure for A/B testing and usage-based segmentation. Ideal Candidate Profile 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or a highly operational role within a B2B SaaS company (enterprise market preferred). Proven track record of building product operations functions from scratch or significantly maturing an existing one — not just inheriting a well-oiled machine. Deep proficiency with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Pendo, Mixpanel, or similar) and product management platforms (Jira, Productboard, Aha!, or similar). Experience operating in a multi-product environment with at least 3+ distinct product lines shipping simultaneously. Strong quantitative skills — comfortable building dashboards, writing SQL queries, and turning messy data into executive-ready narratives. Experience with enterprise release management in a regulated industry context (SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, or similar compliance frameworks). Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing leaders — not just product managers. Bias for execution over process for process’s sake. You build systems that accelerate teams, not slow them down. Excellent written communication — you can write a crisp release note, a clear process doc, and a compelling internal memo with equal skill. Type: Contract-to-hire. Initial 3-month contract with conversion to full-time based on mutual fit and performance. Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week). Overlap with US Pacific and Eastern time zones required. Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience. Includes performance bonuses tied to quarterly milestones upon conversion.
