I’m looking for someone very experienced with monday.com who understands DTC ecommerce workflows, especially creative production and paid media execution. I run a DTC brand (https://usewestmonth.com/) and want to use monday.com as the single source of truth between: * Creative Strategists * Video Editors * Media Buyers The core problem we’re solving Right now, media buyers need a clear, real-time view of: * Which creative batches are planned * Which are currently in production * When editors have finished a batch so media buyers can immediately publish and test High-level workflow vision * Strategists submit creative briefs and batch ideas * Video editors work through batches and update statuses as they move from editing → ready for publish * Media buyers only see creatives once they hit a “ready / approved” state and can then publish, test, and mark winners
 Before hiring, I want to understand: 1. How would you structure boards, statuses, and automations to make this handoff frictionless? 2. Would you recommend one master board or multiple connected boards (e.g. briefs → production → testing)? 3. How would you ensure media buyers only focus on publish-ready creatives? 4.
