**Title:** AI Agentic Workflow Architect – Business Automation & Intelligent Systems **Overview** We are a fast-growing, process-driven professional services firm seeking a highly skilled AI Agentic Workflow Architect to help design and implement intelligent automation across our organization. We are developing a proprietary internal operating system and are looking for someone who can help architect and deploy AI-driven agents that streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and increase operational efficiency. This role requires discretion, systems thinking, and deep technical competence. Details about our internal platform will be shared under NDA. --- ### Objective Design and implement an AI-powered automation layer that: * Automates repetitive and cross-functional workflows * Connects multiple business software platforms via APIs * Deploys role-based AI agents to assist with execution and oversight * Reduces manual bottlenecks * Improves reporting and operational clarity * Scales with company growth --- ### Scope of Work You will: * Audit high-level workflows across departments * Identify high-impact automation opportunities * Architect multi-agent systems with clear orchestration logic * Implement API integrations across our software stack * Build event-triggered workflows and structured outputs * Create internal documentation for scalability and maintainability * Recommend appropriate infrastructure (LLM providers, orchestration tools, databases, automation platforms) All technical implementation must be modular, secure, and built for long-term scale. --- ### Ideal Candidate You: * Have built multi-agent or agentic AI systems (not just prompt chains) * Understand LLM architecture, embeddings, RAG, orchestration layers * Have experience integrating AI into operational businesses * Can design clean automation architectures from messy real-world workflows * Are comfortable working under NDA and maintaining strict confidentiality * Communicate clearly and operate independently Preferred experience with tools such as: OpenAI API, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Python automation, vector databases, Zapier/Make/n8n, custom API integrations. --- ### Deliverables * High-Level Automation Architecture Plan * Agent Design Framework * Working Integrated Workflows * Technical Documentation * Recommendations for future expansion --- ### Engagement Structure Phase 1 – Workflow Audit & Architecture Design Phase 2 – Core Agent Implementation Phase 3 – Optimization & Expansion We are seeking a strategic partner for a long-term engagement, not a short-term task executor. --- ### To Apply Please include: 1.
