Senior Performance Marketing Strategist (Meta Focused) Agency Growth Role About Us Pivot Studios is a fast-growing creative and content agency based in Phoenix, AZ. We work with high-performing brands realtors, luxury builders, coaches, entrepreneurs, restaurants, and wellness clinics, helping them build authority and generate real results through content and paid media. We’re scaling quickly and looking to bring on a Senior Performance Marketing Strategist to lead and optimize our paid social efforts. This is not a beginner role. This is not a “set it and forget it” role. We’re looking for a strategic operator who understands performance marketing at a deep level and thrives in an agency environment. The Role You will: • Strategize, build, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns • Develop testing frameworks (creative, audience, copy, offers) • Optimize for CPL, ROAS, and qualified lead generation • Work closely with our creative team to guide high-performing ad creatives • Analyze campaign data and present clear insights (not just reports) • Improve internal systems and structure within paid media operations • Help scale winning campaigns across multiple client accounts You’ll work directly with the founder and leadership team. What We’re Looking For • 3+ years managing Meta Ads at scale • Proven track record of generating qualified leads or strong ROAS • Strong understanding of funnels and customer journey • Experience in agency settings (multiple client accounts preferred) • Data-driven decision maker • Highly organized and systems-oriented • Strong communicator — clear, concise, accountable • Proactive — brings solutions, not just problems Bonus: • Experience in service-based businesses • Familiarity with GoHighLevel or CRM-based lead tracking • Basic understanding of creative direction for performance ads What This Is NOT • Not an entry-level media buying role • Not a passive admin position • Not for someone who needs constant direction We want someone who takes ownership and grows with us.
