We're looking for a skilled email marketing specialist to manage our monthly email campaigns on an ongoing basis. What the role involves: Each month, we'll have a strategy meeting where we'll discuss the upcoming campaigns, messaging, and goals for the month. From there, you'll take ownership of the full execution — from design to delivery. Responsibilities: Join a monthly strategy/planning meeting to align on campaigns and goals Design visually appealing, on-brand email templates for each campaign Write compelling email copy (subject lines, body content, CTAs) Build and schedule all emails in our email marketing platform Ensure emails are mobile-responsive and properly tested before sending What we're looking for: Proven experience designing and executing email campaigns Strong copywriting skills with an eye for layout and design Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar) Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines independently Portfolio or samples of past email campaigns This is a monthly recurring engagement.
