Job Title: Operations & Instructor Coordinator (Remote) The Opportunity We are looking for a dedicated, high-level Operations & Instructor Coordinator to serve as the backbone of our daily operations. This is a full-time, long-term independent contractor position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in "owning" their role. We don’t want to micromanage you. We are looking for a trustworthy, honest, and self-sufficient professional who can anticipate needs, manage a complex tech stack, and keep our instructors on track without being prompted. Your Primary Responsibilities Communication & Support: Act as the primary point of contact via phone and email. You will handle inquiries from students and instructors with excellence. Instructor Management: Coordinate with current and prospective instructors. You will be responsible for scheduling classes and, more importantly, holding instructors accountable for submitting documentation accurately and on time. Conflict Resolution: Handle customer disputes and irate individuals with empathy, de-escalation skills, and a solution-oriented mindset. Content & Marketing: Write engaging weekly newsletters and perform basic graphic design and video editing for our platforms. Data & Admin: Maintain our CRM, manage files in Google Drive, and use advanced Excel formulas to track performance and accuracy. Technical Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Please do not apply if you are not proficient in the following: GoHighLevel (GHL): Experience managing pipelines, contacts, and automation. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets: You must know how to use formulas to organize and analyze data. Canva & Video Editing: Ability to create professional-grade social/email assets and edit short-form video content. Google Drive: Expert-level organization skills.
