Overview We are a small remote team operating across multiple countries/time zones. We are looking for an experienced Notion expert to design and build a structured, easy-to-maintain Notion workspace from scratch (not based on generic templates), tailored to our business needs and workflows. What We Need The workspace should support (list is not exhaustive): - Task management - Project management / event planning - Team dashboards - Comms planning - Light client tracking - Internal wiki / SOPs The objective is to design and implement a structured, intuitive Notion workspace that streamlines our internal workflows and improves visibility, coordination, and efficiency across the team. The final structure and system architecture should be proposed by you based on your assessment of our needs.
