Key Responsibilities • Information Extraction: Develop prompts that accurately pull key skills, metrics, and requirements from messy job descriptions. • Contextual Rewriting: Create "Chain-of-Thought" prompts that rewrite resume bullet points using the STAR method while ensuring the AI never "hallucinates" or invents fake experience. • Structured Data Output: Ensure all AI responses are returned in strict JSON format so they can be seamlessly injected into our app’s frontend templates. • Tone & Voice Control: Fine-tune prompts to maintain a professional, high-impact tone that avoids "AI-sounding" clichés. Required Skills • Expertise in GPT-4o, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, or Gemini 1.5 Pro. • Experience with Structured Prompting (JSON/Markdown output). • Understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) logic and keyword optimization. • Strong focus on "Grounding" (ensuring the AI stays 100% factual to the user's original resume).
