We’re looking for an experienced HubSpot specialist to help us design and execute structured email nurture campaigns for both interested leads and existing customers. We already have a strong database of prospects and customers. Now we need someone who can properly segment, build automation workflows, and create strategic nurture sequences that drive engagement and conversions. ⚠️ This role also requires strong technical HubSpot setup experience, especially around email deliverability and domain configuration This is not just email design — we need someone who understands lifecycle marketing inside HubSpot. ⸻ Responsibilities • Build and manage nurture email sequences in HubSpot • Segment contacts based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement • Create automated workflows (lead nurture, re-engagement, upsell, etc.) • Optimize email deliverability and performance • Set up reporting dashboards for open rates, CTR, and conversions • Improve database hygiene and tagging structure ⸻ Ideal Experience • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub • Proven experience building automation workflows • Experience with lead scoring and lifecycle segmentation • B2B SaaS or service business experience preferred • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices ⸻ KPIs • Open & click-through rates • Workflow conversion rates • Demo bookings / sales conversions • Database engagement improvement ⸻ If you’ve built structured nurture engines inside HubSpot before, we’d love to speak with you.
