We’re looking for an experienced QA tester to fully test our care management app, which is mostly complete but needs a thorough end-to-end review. The app has different user access levels (Managers, Deputies, Super Users, and HR), and we need someone to make sure each role has the correct permissions, sign-off responsibilities (such as staff onboarding, training, and policy acknowledgements), and restricted access where appropriate. You’ll need to test all workflows, document uploads and viewing processes (which are currently not fully consistent), and check that the visuals and layout are aligned and professional across the app. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented who can identify bugs, permission issues, inconsistencies, and usability improvements, and provide a clear report with screenshots and reproduction steps. Experience testing SaaS platforms and role-based access systems is preferred.
