The goal of this project is to build a fully automated patient acquisition and management system using n8n as the workflow engine, with: Practice Better (PB) as the EHR/payment platform GoHighLevel (GHL) as the CRM/SMS platform Revive Rx (Pharmetika) as the compounding pharmacy Linqblue for iMessage automation Vapi for AI voice calls. The system must handle the complete patient lifecycle: lead capture → classification → lab handling → payment → onboarding call → medication ordering → lab monitoring →auto-reorder→ lab/follow-up visit reminders→ Conversational AI (prospects and patients).
